I’m a planner. Always have been and always will be. BUT, I’m trying to loosen the hold of planning reigns and go more with the flow. Photography has helped me do this because of its unpredictable nature. And that’s what makes it exciting. Makes it fun. Makes it unique. Traditional posed photos have their place just as much as spur-of-the-moment, IN-the-moment shots and I like to aim for a combination of both – to please you and the more traditional people in your life. I always encourage clients to toss their photo visions my way along with a little trust because it’s amazing what can be seen from my side of the lens.

I want to see you as you are today. You don’t have to be wearing the latest fashions, be the right size (really, what size is that anyway?) or know exactly what you want with your photos… you just need to show up. Capturing all aspects of life from big cheesy smiles, wrinkled up noses, stuck-out tongues and warm embraces means everything to me. Helping people freeze special moments in time – no matter what they may be – is my ultimate goal.
