This afternoon I met in Uptown Waterloo with Nancy, her husband Bob, and their daughter, Kelly. Kelly’s brother lives out-of-province but he was with them in spirit! It was a gorgeous afternoon for a stroll and I’m glad this Smiling Eyes session pulled me away from the admin and editing side of my business. Of course, editing and emails and paperwork go hand-in-hand with the photo-shooting, but it’s great when I can get outside and enjoy the weather and meet some wonderful and inspirational people. Stepping away from the desk is very important – no matter where you work!
The entire “O” family should have their photo under the word “nice” in the dictionary because they are very laid-back and welcoming. It isn’t always easy for some people to have their pictures taken, but when you add in health battles, it can make it a little more difficult. I’m very thankful the sun was shining and we were able to take advantage of our local urban surroundings. And I’m equally thankful for Nancy and her relaxed personality. “Okay, do you want to put on your wig for a few shots?” “Sure!”. Nothing like rolling with the punches and adding to your wardrobe – smack dab in the city with the mid-day hustle and bustle of people. Love it! Thank you for sharing your time with me. I’ll be thinking of you Friday and sending all available positive thoughts your way. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Is it just me or does Bob have that “I’m in a Ralph Lauren Ad” vibe? I think Nancy agrees :)

If you know of anyone else that would benefit from a Smiling Eyes session, please don’t hesitate to contact myself or visit the Smiling Eyes website.
