Even though I believe wholeheartedly in “All 4 You” sessions, I know they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. Not everyone understands why someone would choose to participate in a boudoir shoot. Maybe it’s not even understanding the participation side of things, rather it’s the sharing of final, and somewhat, private, images.

But isn’t that life? Every single person in the world doesn’t understand every single thing and that’s what makes us all unique, fresh and interesting. If we all agreed with everything under the sun, the world, especially art, would be boring.

All 4 You shoots are art. They are an expression of two people; one in front of the lens, and one behind the lens. They are a collaboration of vision, of emotional and physical strength and a way to say we can succeed.

Anyone who chooses to embrace All 4 You, has a complete understanding of what they want and they aren’t afraid to go after it and show the world their voice. It’s not just what you see in these sessions, it’s what you feel.

Taking a layer of clothing off and doing fun sassy shots in front of the camera is something that a lot of women think about doing, but never do. And that was me….up until a few months ago. Holly had talked to me several times about doing one of her ‘all 4 you’ shoots before I finally bit the bullet and indulged. And I say indulged because, as much as I did this as a gift for my husband’s birthday this past year, it was also a gift for me. I had been, and continue to bust my butt at the local gym in efforts to get my figure back and stay in shape, and I figured what a better way than this to showcase the success that I have had.

When the day came to do the shoot I have to admit I was nervous, but Holly made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. And for those 3 hours that afternoon while she photographed me I felt so incredibly beautiful and ready to take on the world. It’s amazing how empowering a shoot like this can make you feel. It is something I believe that every woman should experience.

Once I received the photos I was just totally taken a back. The photos were amazing. She captured me in ways that I never thought possible. The book I had made will be a keepsake for many years to come. And as far as my husband, he was totally at a loss for words. He loved the book and will say over and over again that it has been the best gift he has been given.
